Jacksonville, FL—S&P USA Ventilation Systems LLC (S&P USA), a leader in the sales and distribution of HVAC air movement products throughout North America, is pleased to announce another expansion of its renowned Quickship delivery program. S&P USA has added five product lines to the program: CWD Direct Drive Centrifugal Sidewall Exhaust Fans, ARE/ARS Dome Axial Power Roof Exhaust/Supply Fans, GED Sidewall Direct Drive Propeller Exhaust Fans, LCE Sidewall Belt Drive Propeller Exhaust Fans, and the LCS Sidewall Belt Drive Propeller Supply Fans.
The CWD Direct Drive Centrifugal Sidewall Exhaust Fans provide customers with a ventilation product that can exhaust air from machinery and equipment rooms, storage areas, office buildings, restaurants, retail stores, schools, and similar buildings. With sizes ranging from 7-14, these units can provide 260-2,580 CFM. Most of the CWD Quickship fans ship out in 3 days.
The ARE/ARS Dome Axial Power Roof Exhaust/Supply Fans have four sizes available in Quickship and can provide 440-2,820 CFM. These models are ideally suited for factories, shops, restaurants, bathrooms, offices, schools, and other similar applications where light to moderate static pressures are present. Some of the more popular ARE/ARS fans ship out in 3 days with the remainder shipping in 14 days.
Shipping out in 3 days, S&P USA’s GED Sidewall Direct Drive Propeller Exhaust Fans feature maximum efficiency and low maintenance. These extremely quiet models are designed for environments like factories, churches, gymnasiums, garages, jails, and machine rooms. Offering six sizes, these fans have a CFM range of 790-3,450.
Like the GED line, both the LCE Sidewall Exhaust Fans and LCS Sidewall Supply Fans have 3-day shipping. These models are high-capacity belt-driven propeller fans, and they are ideally suited for commercial, light industrial, and agricultural environments. Sized 20-48, the LCE and LCS units have a CFM range of 3,990-27,580.
The Quickship expansion was prompted by S&P USA’s major 2024 investment in state-of-the-art CNC punch/forming, CNC roller, and custom-designed flanging production equipment, according to Jeff Ledsinger, National Director of Sales. Thus, S&P USA’s Jacksonville facility can quickly outfit fan shells with belt or direct drive packages and accessories such as dampers, curbs, shutters, inlet/outlet dampers, vibration pads, rails, and guards.
Additionally, any Quickship product offering can be modified in-house to replace any S&P USA fan or most competitors’ fans regardless of age. “We need to know (to replace a fan) the fan model, CFM, voltage, static pressure, existing curb outer dimensions, and whether it requires a grease-rating for kitchens,” said Ledsinger. “Fans have become smaller and more efficient in the last decade or two, so the replacement may need an adaptor curb, which we supply. If the nameplate is missing, we’ll calculate the horsepower needed for the application and send a completely assembled fan that will fit the existing curb. We replace a lot of competitors’ fans.”
